So as you all know, I sold My wife's 97 GT to get her a 65 coupe. Her dream car. and it's almost all original. Numbers matching, but the engine was redone a few years ago with a slightly bigger cam, the internals of the tranny were replaced in 91 too. Other than that she is clean.
We already got some styled wheels for it in the 15" size, so we can convert to front disks. we didnt get them from the company listed in the pic, and we got blue center caps.

got these tires for it, but I think I am going to sell them and find some white wall ones. I like the look on the car.

anyway, we we got some new parts for it on the way, like new quarterpanel ornaments, new tail lights, new badge kit and the sort.
I was looking at getting this stainless steel bolt kit from KAR
http://www.karmustang.com/assets/kit391.jpg

included in the kit is:
HOOD TO HOOD HINGES
HOOD CATCH BAR
HOOD HINGE TO BODY
HORNS
OUTER SHOCK TOWER COVERS
HOOD LATCH BRACKET
TOPS OF FENDERS
RADIATOR

I was also thinking about putting in a set of GT fog lights, the kits are pretty cheap to buy and I think it would look good.
here are some pics of the car again:

hmm, not too sure about the whitewalls....since you're going with styled steel I'd go with redlines or even white letter tires....JMO :whoknows:

I still think redlines would look better on the styled steel...

we got a lot of parts in for the car last week. We got the upper ball joints, the quarter panel trim, new emblem kit, and tailights in. Hopefully the weather and my pnumonia, and the weather will allow some garage time tomorrow
