I know its late.. i dont check here very often..
But yes his right
Careful .... we tend to have great memories on who the jackass officers and nco's who like to be anal with us are.
All bs aside.. cooking is alright altho it was my second choice. At the time i didnt have anyone to tell me what to ask for when you goto meps, and pick a job.. I woulda waitied tho.. altho the sign on bonus is pretty nice every nov when i get my portion... its almost as much as my base pay as an E-4 2+.. just a few more years .. which 1 should be spent on deployment, and the last being back for a year.
AH no training.. but i bet your ass doesnt complain when you have to eat it when your out in the field... wait you count ammo... how many rounds in a box then in a canister ?..
If i had to make you an omlete i would probly make it special.. its easy to do stuff when your in the field and you know someone you dont like is coming up on the ck .. you already have it made and set up to serve like its normal.. JUST remember that when you go again..
Its all good. i anit mad at yeah ammo.. im sure i would salute you then say what a ass afterwards and laugh.. :screwy:

96 Cobra and I own it. Mustangs are an obsession for us. Sean and I grew up going fast in a straight line. Now we're more into going fast around curves and watching people try to follow. We do still go fast in that straight line though. If there is anything we can do for you, let us know. I have piles of tech on (and experience) on what combos work or don't.

im good .. ponce
as far as running 96
yes i have to go to houston, or near vidor,tx
my first time out was a few weeks ago i ran a 13.32@104.68.. poor tires/traction and it was my 7th run of the night (all runs were done with in 10 minutes apart) they kept dropping .100 almost every run.. and very HOt AND HUMID... shes a 12 sec v6 tho..
my tune is a "safe" tune i guess you could say.. im shy still about 20 hp/ 50-60 tq..... i dont have a good 4.0 tuner aaround here there al 4.6 tuners you cant tune them like they do the gt's
when i was 9psi i had 292/312 (that was a 100% tune) so that just shows you my tunes not up to par like it should be.. But yes its quite the SLEEPER ( sorry to hijack thread)

i think you are taking out your hostilities on the wrong person guy. I never said it took no training to be a cook. Someone else said that. I think i just said make me a damn omlet and that was a joke.
I don't count ammo, i have NCOs that count ammo for me while i sit with my feet propped up on the desk in the AC. I'm signed for a $37 million ammunition account and you peel potatos and flip burgers. I issue ammo to the units who are fighting in Ramadi almost daily. Without ammo, the Army wouldn't last one second on the battlefield.
I don't have a problem with cooks, spoons, burger flippers, whatever you wanna call them. Someone needs to feed the soldiers. :coffee:

31A, Military Police, 4 years
02C Baritone player. I was drafted back during the 'Nam war in 1966, and I went to microwave electronics communication school at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey for my AIT training. I learned how to operate and repair microwave radios. Well, the Army, in all its' wisdom, sent me to Fort Richardson, Alaska. When I reported in, the Colonel asked me what my MOS was, and after I told him, he said that the civilians operated the "White Alice" site, and that the Army had nothing to do with it. Well. after further discussion, he asked me what else I could do. I told him I had a bachelor's degree in music education, so could play in the band. He called up the E-8 over at headquarters and arranged for an audition. I passed with flying colors, so spent my 1966-69 'Nam war years playing in the 214th Army band. It beat getting shot at.
